1. Geographic coverage
- Lima Metropolitan area and Callao: free home delivery (cost absorbed in product price).
- Other Peruvian regions: via Olva Courier or equivalent operator.
- International shipping: not currently available.
2. Delivery times
Our physical products are produced on-demand: total time equals production time plus shipping time.
Production times
- Keychains and strip holders: 5 to 7 business days.
- HOTAS adapter: 7 to 10 business days.
- 10 cm scale models: 7 to 10 business days.
- 20 cm scale models: 10 to 14 business days.
- 40 cm or larger scale models: 14 to 21 business days.
Shipping times (from dispatch)
- Lima Metro and Callao: 24 to 48 business hours.
- Provincial capitals: 2 to 4 business days.
- Remote provinces: 3 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping costs
- Lima Metro and Callao: S/. 0 (included in product price).
- Other regions: paid by the customer, calculated by destination and weight, approximately S/. 25 to S/. 50. The exact amount is shown at checkout before confirmation.
- Local pickup: S/. 0 (no cost).
4. Local pickup
Customers may opt to pick up at our Lima office at no cost, by appointment.
Once the product is ready, we coordinate day and time via email or WhatsApp. Office available Monday to Friday, business hours.
5. Order tracking
When the order ships we email you a tracking code so you can monitor its progress.
For Lima Metro shipments we coordinate delivery directly with you via WhatsApp.
6. Reception and re-delivery
- It's the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
- The customer or an authorized person must be available within the agreed window.
- If no one receives the package, the courier makes up to 2 re-deliveries at no additional cost.
- After the second failed attempt, the product returns to Alpha Tech. To re-send it, the customer must pay shipping again.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
If you receive a damaged product or it never arrives:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery date).
- Attach photos of damage and packaging if applicable.
- We file a formal claim with the logistics operator.
- We coordinate replacement or full refund.
