2. User acceptance

Using the site and placing any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

If you do not agree with any of these points, please refrain from using the site or placing orders.

The user declares to be of legal age (18 or older) and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Peruvian law. Purchases by minors must be authorized and supervised by their parent or guardian.

3. Products and services offered

Alpha Tech Solutions sells, among others:

  • Physical goods: HOTAS controls, 3D-printed scale models, technical accessories, keychains and branded merchandise.
  • Technical services: mechanical, aerodynamic and industrial intelligence engineering consulting; scanning and technical diagnostics.
  • Training: courses, cohorts and aeronautical workshops.
  • Experiences: simulator sessions and immersive experiences.
  • Aeronautical Club memberships.

Specifications and availability are published on each product or service page. Images are for reference only: minor variations in color or finish may exist between the picture and the delivered item.

4. Prices and currency

All published prices are expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN, S/.) and include 18% VAT (IGV) unless otherwise stated.

Alpha Tech reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to each order is the one in force when the purchase is confirmed.

For corporate purchases or electronic invoice issuance, the user must provide the company’s Tax ID (RUC) and legal name at checkout.

5. Purchase process

  1. The user selects the desired product or service and adds it to the cart.
  2. At checkout, they fill in contact, shipping and billing information.
  3. They choose a payment method and confirm the purchase via the Culqi payment gateway.
  4. They receive a confirmation email with the order details and the electronic receipt (boleta or factura).

The order is considered confirmed only when Culqi notifies us that the payment has been approved. A pending, declined or reversed authorization does not create an obligation of delivery on Alpha Tech.

6. Accepted payment methods

Payments are processed by Culqi, a company of the BCP group. We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit and debit cards.
  • Yape.
  • PagoEfectivo.
  • Cuotéalo BCP.

Alpha Tech does not store credit card information on its servers. The full payment operation is processed under the PCI DSS standards of the gateway.

7. Delivery

Delivery conditions, timelines, costs, geographic coverage and pickup at the office are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address and to be available to receive the order within the timeframe arranged with the courier.

8. Returns and refunds

Specific conditions to return a product, cancel a service or request a refund are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. The timing depends on the method: credit cards, 5 to 7 business days; other methods, according to the operator’s timelines.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, graphics, logos, photos, videos, 3D models, software, source code and designs — is the property of Alpha Tech Solutions S.A.C. or its respective licensors and is protected by Peruvian and international intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, without Alpha Tech’s prior written authorization, is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Alpha Tech Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Damages arising from improper use of the products by the customer.
  • Site service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting providers, payment gateway, the user’s internet connection).
  • Obvious typographic, graphic or pricing errors; in those cases Alpha Tech may cancel the operation and refund the amount paid.
  • Delivery delays caused by the courier, the customer, or force majeure events.

In no event shall Alpha Tech’s liability exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the operation in question.

11. Changes to the terms

Alpha Tech may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at any given time is the one published on this site, with the "last update" date visible.

Continued use of the site after a change is published implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from the use of the site or from purchases made shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Lima, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If you wish to file a formal complaint, you can register it in our Complaint Book (Libro de Reclamaciones), pursuant to the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code.
