  • Billing data: RUC, company name and tax address when requesting a sales invoice.
  • Payment data: card data is processed directly by Culqi under PCI DSS standards; Alpha Tech does not store it.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, dates and access times.
  • Account data: purchase history, preferences, communications with our team.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data to:

  • Process purchases and issue electronic invoices and receipts.
  • Coordinate product delivery and service provision.
  • Provide customer service and post-sales support.
  • Send operational communications.
  • Marketing communications only with explicit opt-in consent.
  • Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • Prevent fraud and protect user security.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your personal data is based on:

  • Your consent, given by accepting our Terms and this Policy.
  • Contract performance, necessary to fulfill the purchase agreement.
  • Legal obligations, issuing receipts and accounting retention under Peruvian regulations.
  • Legitimate interest, in fraud prevention and service improvement.

  • Culqi: payment processing.
  • Logistics operators: Olva Courier, Shalom or others, for nationwide delivery.
  • CRM and marketing platforms: HubSpot or equivalent tools.
  • Analytics services: Google Analytics, with pseudonymized or aggregated data.
  • Competent authorities: SUNAT, Indecopi, courts, when there is a valid legal request.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Retention period

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

In particular, we retain purchase and invoice data for a minimum of 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship, in accordance with Peruvian accounting and tax regulations.

7. Data subject rights

As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:

  • Access: know what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Cancellation: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Opposition: object to processing for specific purposes such as marketing.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, email us at admin@alphatechnologique.com with the subject "Exercise of ARCO rights" and identify yourself with your ID.

We have up to 20 business days to respond under Law 29733.
