1. Physical products
Applies to HOTAS adapters, 3D scale models, strip holders, keychains, merchandise and any other physical product.
Return window
- 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging and with all accessories.
- Customer covers return shipping unless the issue is attributable to Alpha Tech.
Manufacturing defect warranty
- 30 calendar days from receipt.
- Covers defects not caused by misuse, impact, liquid exposure or improper handling.
- Alpha Tech will repair, replace or refund.
2. Technical services
- Cancellation before start: 100% refund if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Once started: no refund for work already performed.
- Cancellation caused by Alpha Tech: 100% refund plus free rescheduling or store credit.
3. Courses and training
- Cancellation 7+ days before cohort start: 80% refund.
- Less than 7 days: no refund, but seat can be reassigned within 6 months.
- Once course starts: no refund.
- Course materials: not refundable.
4. Simulator sessions and experiences
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: free rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours: session is charged.
- No-show: full charge, no refund or rescheduling.
- Documented force majeure: refund or rescheduling under evaluation.
- 11-session package: 6 months validity from purchase. Non-refundable. Unused sessions are forfeited.
5. Aeronautical Club memberships
- Memberships are cancellable month-by-month without penalty.
- Customer must give at least 7 days' notice before next recurring charge.
- No refund for the current month once charged.
- Membership pause: up to once per year for up to 30 days at no cost.
- Annual membership: proportional refund deducting months consumed at the regular monthly price.
6. How to request a refund

- Provide order number, reason for return and product photos if applicable.
- Our team responds within 48 business hours.
- If approved, we coordinate pickup or return shipping.
- After receipt and verification, we process the refund.
7. Refund timing
Refunds are made through the same payment method:
- Credit and debit cards: 5 to 7 business days.
- Yape and mobile wallets: 2 to 5 business days.
- Bank transfers: up to 7 business days.
8. Exclusions
No refund applies in the following cases:
- Personalized products once produced.
- Services or sessions already performed.
- Opened or used training materials.
- Products damaged by misuse.
- Products without original packaging or with signs of use.
